1. Acceptance
By downloading, registering for, or using ZenMiles, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ZenMiles is a travel loyalty management application that lets you track miles and points balances across multiple programs, receive expiry notifications, compare credit card earning rates, and access travel loyalty information. ZenMiles does not hold funds and is not a financial institution.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years old to use ZenMiles. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
- One person, one account. Accounts may not be shared or transferred.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
- Use the service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
- Access another user's data without authorisation.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the service without prior written consent.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from ZenMiles content without permission.
6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the ZenMiles application, website, brand name, logo, design, and content — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, code, and underlying software — are and remain the exclusive property of ZenMiles and its operator. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the ZenMiles name, logo, or trademarks.
Content you submit to ZenMiles (such as loyalty program data) remains yours. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the service.
7. Accuracy of Information
ZenMiles displays information provided by you or third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy of points balances, miles valuations, or loyalty programme details from airlines or hotels. Always verify directly with your loyalty programme.
8. Service Availability
We strive to keep ZenMiles available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, government actions, or other force majeure events. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by such unavailability.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ZenMiles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of miles resulting from delayed or missed notifications.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Profile in the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through the South Jakarta District Court.
